Clark County Public Facilities District Board
The Clark County Public Facilities District (PFD) was formed by the Board of Commissioners on July 30, 2002 per ordinance 2002-07-21 for the purpose of participating in the study, planning, and development of one or more regional centers that would promote tourism; downtown convention center, exposition center at the fairgrounds. Two members are appointed by the County and two are appointed by the City of Vancouver, in accordance with 36.100.020.RCW. Those four appoint the fifth member.
Meeting Time: Quarterly meetings, February, May, August, November first Monday of the month at 5 p.m.
