Annexation Analyzer

This calculator can be used by residents, business owners, and property owners. It estimates how much the cost of your services will go up or go down if your property is annexed into the City.

  • Gather your figures for your monthly utility bills and annual property taxes. You can obtain property tax information on-line from the Clark County web site.
  • Fill out the form as completely as possible.
  • No information from this form is transmitted back to the City of Vancouver. All the calculations are made on your computer or mobile device.

Important note: All rates and charges are estimates only, based on 2016 rates and consumption averages. Actual rates at time of annexation may differ from this estimate.
