This certifies that I am the attorney representing the below named criminal defendant. I am requesting Discovery without the necessity of a formal motion. I agree pursuant to CrR 4.7(h)(3) and CrRLJ 4.7(g)(3) that any materials furnished to me pursuant to these rules shall remain in the exclusive custody of me and be used only for the purposes of conducting the Defendant’s side of the case. I agree that if my client fails to appear at any hearing or trial that I will retain the discovery materials, and if new counsel appears in the case I will forward all Discovery materials to the new attorney. I also acknowledge that there may be a monetary charge if duplicate copies are requested.
