Benefits for You
The new system – ACTIVE Network – is the largest registration system in the industry. It offers many great benefits including ease of use and increased security. Vancouver Parks and Recreation customers will now be able to search for favorite programs by keyword, age, day, time, location and more. You can update and maintain your account and review account history. In the near future, we will add options including the ability to sign up for memberships and reserve facilities.
How to Set Up and Review Your Account
If you’ve had an account with us in the last two years, we have converted your basic information over to the new system. Use your email address to request a new password (no more PIN number and barcodes!); this will activate your account and you can then review your account information.
If you’re a current passholder, you should not see any major changes. All of our current pass options have been converted and auto billing will continue for ongoing passes. You can continue to use your current pass card.
If you’re new to us, setting up a new account is easy and only takes a few minutes.
Manage Your Account
You can now manage your account online – update information, add family members, print out receipts and review past registration – all at your own convenience.
