Community Centers

Firstenburg Community Center: includes a cafe, climbing wall, event venue with outdoor patio, fitness center, gymnasium, indoor walking track, pool and spa.
Marshall/Luepke Community Center: includes a community park and garden, multiple event venues, fitness center, gymnasium, pottery studio and pool (currently under construction).
Vancouver Tennis Center: includes nine indoor courts, four outdoor courts, fitness equipment and elevated viewing area.

Aquatics at Firstenburg and Marshall

Swim lessons are available starting at six months of age all the way to the adult beginner. Passholders at either community center and take part in a variety of water exercise classes from Aqua Pilates to Silver Splash®. Public swim sessions are offered seven days a week at Firstenburg Community Center with a drop-in fee or FREE to passholders. Aquatic programs are currently unavailable at Marshall Community Center due to extensive pool renovation.

Fitness at Firstenburg and Marshall

We offer a variety of drop-in fitness programs for passholders at either Firstenburg or Marshall community centers. Some fitness classes, including most personal training sessions, are fee-based and available to everyone.

Arts, Dance and Music Classes

Kids and adults can get creative with cooking, garden art, music lessons or pottery. Dance styles include ballet, belly, folk/international, jazz, line and swing.

Sports Leagues for Youth and Adults

Leagues offered for youth include baseball, basketball, flag football soccer and volleyball. Leagues offered for adults include basketball, kickball, softball and volleyball.

Access to Recreation

These programs are offered specifically for people with disabilities and include social nights and dances, arts/crafts, cooking and fitness classes and day trips around the local area.

Activities by Age Group
