At 11:15 a.m. brief remarks will be provided by Governor Jay Inslee, Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle, Washington State Department of Transportation and Do Good Multnomah. All are welcome to stop by to explore the new site and meet the non-profit operator before residents begin moving in.
