Wintler Community Park
Amenities
Situated on the bank of the Columbia River, this 12.5-acre beach park has picnic tables, paved walkways and a restroom.
Beginning May 1, 2025, parking fees will be reinstated at Wintler Community Park. From May 1 – Sept. 30, a daily parking fee of $6 will be required for all vehicles parked in the lot. Fees will help us better manage traffic and ensure that emergency vehicles always have safe access to the park.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated parking spots. Those parked illegally may be ticketed and/or towed.
- Wintler Park has excellent trail access. We encourage visitors to consider walking, biking or rolling to the park to avoid parking fees.
How to Pay for Parking
You can pay the parking fee through the Parking Kitty app or mobile pay website.
Annual Parking Passes
For frequent visitors, we offer annual parking passes. Annual passes can be purchased for $50 at Firstenburg or Marshall community centers and will cover the daily parking fee at Marine and Wintler parks. An annual pass does not guarantee a parking spot if the lot is full.
Park Use Permits
Not allowed at this park.
