On the top floor of the Water Center, a spacious window-lined community room with a balcony overlooks the Columbia River. The Bruce E. Hagensen Community Room is available for meetings, special events, environmental programs and activities.

- The Community Room can comfortably seat up to 160 people.
- Amenities included in the room rental: tables, chairs, caterer’s kitchen, mounted screen and projector, and wireless Internet access.
