The Southwest Washington Independent Investigative Response Team (SWIIRT), led by the Vancouver Police Department, of the officer involved shooting that occurred on February 20, 2024, involving deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, has been completed.
Case files have been forwarded to the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review.
There will be no further updates from the SWIIRT regarding this investigation.
