- Proposed Floor Plan
- Show all dimensions, room identification, window size and type, decks, and balconies
- Include ventilation per M1507, smoke detectors, plumbing fixtures, water heater, and furnace
- Foundation Plan and Details
- Show all dimensions, placement of rebar, footing sizes, anchor bolt sizes and spacing, hold downs, connections, vent size and locations, and crawl space access location
- If addition is over 200 square feet, provide location and details for radon mitigation
- Floor and Roof Framing Plans
- Size, spacing and bearing locations for all framing members including stairs and attic ventilation
- Wall and Bracing Sections and Details
- Indicated proposed minimum insulation and Max U values for each exterior element. (Roof, above and below grade walls, floor, doors and windows)
- Exterior Elevations
- All sides; show actual grade
