- Site Plan
- Show north arrow
- Property lines and dimensions (size and shape of parcel); include easements
- Locations, dimensions and height of proposed food truck or trailer and all existing buildings and structures, such as decks or patio covers.
- Include dimensions from each other and from all property lines.
- Show solid waste storage area on plans.
- Service can be shared with other businesses on site under shared use and access agreements
- Staff and customers must have access to a restroom. Indicate where this restroom is located.
- Show utility connections.
- If not connected to City sewer with a grease trap, the food truck will need to have a collection service for the used grease/cooking oil.

- Copy of City Food Vendor’s License
