A commercial remodel is the renovation of a residential space in a multi-family (any residential only building with more than 2 units) or mixed-use (has commercial and residential uses, like a high-rise) building.

1. Existing / Demo Plan
2. Proposed Plan
   • Show all dimensions, room identification, window size and type (if applicable)

Documents

1. Signed and Dated Commercial, Multi-Family & Industrial (CMI) Application Form (PDF)
2. If multi-family or mixed use, then RCW 64.55 Letter or Covenant
