Firstenburg Event Rentals

Firstenburg’s Community Room is the perfect place to host your next special event at a great price. With a commercial kitchen, adjacent outdoor terrace, fir paneling and wood floors, the Community Room offers a distinct northwest feel with plenty of room for your guests to feel comfortable during your event.

The Community Room fits up to 200 people seated at 6 ft. round tables that seat 10 guests per table. It is a great space for events like weddings, holiday parties and quinceañeras. The Community Room typically books out 5 to 6 months in advance, please plan accordingly.

Pricing for events held January-May and September-December:

Fridays (4 hour minimum)

• $160/hour for city residents and non-profit organizations
• $199/hour for non-residents
• $500 refundable deposit required for Community Room rentals
• Availalbe from 3 to 11 p.m. Wedding Lounge and Groom’s Room are available after 4 p.m.

Saturdays (6 hour minimum)

• $195/hour for city residents and non-profit organizations
• $244/hour for non-residents
• $2,340 full day rental, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for city residents and non-profit organizations
• $2,690 full day rental, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for non-residents
• $500 refundable deposit required for Community Room rentals
• Community Room, Wedding Lounge and Groom’s Room are all available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Pricing for events held June-August:

Fridays (4 hour minimum)

• $175/hour for city residents and non-profit organizations
• $219/hour for non-residents
• $500 refundable deposit required for Community Room rentals

Saturdays (6 hour minimum)

• $215/hour for city residents and non-profit organizations
• $268/hour for non-residents
• $2,580 full day rental, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for city residents and non-profit organizations
• $2,930 full day rental, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for non-residents
• $500 refundable deposit required for Community Room rentals

Beer, wine and champagne may be brought on-site for an additional $100 fee. No hard liquor or distilled spirits are allowed. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. A state-issued banquet permit is required.

Other Rental Information

The rental space includes the Community Room, a commercial kitchen, outdoor patio, south lobby and hallway. Facility staff will set up and take down tables and chairs, provide a microphone and audio-visual equipment to connect with your laptop or music player, a podium, up to 100 patio chairs, and kitchen appliances. We do not provide utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, glasses or linens.

The rental period must include any time needed to decorate and clean up. There is an optional Wedding Lounge and a Groom’s Room available to rent for $55 per room. The Groom’s Room must be rented in conjunction with the Wedding Lounge.

Looking for a special place to celebrate your child’s birthday? Host a climbing wall party at Firstenburg Community Center. The cost is $231 for city residents, $289 for non-residents and includes:

• Includes 1 hour at the climbing wall with harnesses, 2 staff belayers and 2.5 hours in one of the special event rooms (non-hosted).
• This rental package is limited to 12 youth climbers, ages 4 to 18.
• Includes private birthday room that can seat up to 10 people, with a maximum capacity of 18 people.
• All climbers must wear closed toe shoes.
• A parent or legal guardian must sign a climbing wall waiver for all participants.

Climbing wall parties are offered on Saturdays, with a set schedule of timeslots available:

• Option A
  • Party Room: 10:30 a.m. to 1p.m.
  • Climbing Wall: 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
• Option B
  • Party Room 1:30 to 4 p.m.
  • Climbing Wall 1:45 to 2:45 p.m.

If the party room will not accommodate your guests, you may upgrade to a larger room for an additional fee. All rates listed are for 2.5 hours total.

  • Seats up to 18, 25 maximum capacity
  • $245 for city residents and non-profits; $307 for non-residents
  • $50 refundable deposit required
• Resource Classroom/Zone
  • Seats up to 25, 45 maximum capacity
  • $295 for city residents and non-profits; $369 for non-residents
  • $50 refundable deposit required

The entire rental balance is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable except for the deposit (if applicable).

Looking for a special place to celebrate your child’s birthday? Host a swim party at Firstenburg Community Center. The party package includes one hour of swim time and a party room for 2.5 hours (not hosted). The cost is $205 for city residents, $256 for non-residents and includes:

• 12 swim wristbands during a 1-hour public swim session at the Firstenburg Pool.
• Extra swim bands can be purchased at the drop-in rate.
• Includes private birthday room that can seat up to 10 people, with a maximum capacity of 18 people.
• Children 6 and younger must have an adult in the pool with them at all times (within arm’s reach).
• Swim diapers and plastic pants are required for all children 3 and under and non-toilet trained children.

Swim parties are offered on Saturdays, with a set schedule of timeslots available:

• Option A
  • Party Room: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Swim: 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
• Option B
  • Party Room: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Swim: 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
• Option C
  • Party Room 12:45 to 3:15 p.m.
  • Swim 1 to 2 p.m.
• Option D
  • Party Room 2:15 to 4:45 p.m.
  • Swim 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

• One hour of gymnasium time with equipment.
• Two equipment options are included with your rental. Available sports equipment includes basketball hoops (adjustable to 8 ft.); mini basketballs with toddler hoops; parachute; Nerf soccer balls and nets; Nerf footballs and flags; floor hockey; dodgeball; human Hungry, Hungry Hippos.
• Includes private birthday room that can seat up to 10 people, with a maximum capacity of 18 people.

  • 45-person maximum capacity; seating for 30-40 people
  • $61 per hour for city residents and non-profit organizations

Firstenburg pool features an aquatic playground with zero depth entry, lazy river, 130-foot-long slide and a three-lane lap pool.

• $358/$447 per hour (city resident and non-profit/non-resident) includes the first 40 swimmers
  • $34 for each additional 20 swimmers
  • Maximum pool capacity is 80 swimmers
• Private pool rentals are only available on Saturday evenings, starting at 5:30 p.m.
• Staff availability must be confirmed prior to booking
