- All parking permits are subject to availability. Please allow 5-7 days for permits to be processed and mailed.

Apply for an On-street or Vancouvercenter Garage (Lot #18) Parking Permit
Vancouvercenter Garage (Lot #18) is only available to residents and employees of Vancouvercenter.

Apply for a Surface Lot Parking Permit

- Call Customer Service at 360-487-8454 to learn if there are any permits available and to add your name to a wait list, if needed.
- If a permit is available, read the Off-street Parking Terms and Conditions.
- Print and fill out the Parking Permit Application and mail it to Parking Services, PO Box 8995, Vancouver, WA 98668-8995, or drop it in the drop box behind Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. Sixth St.

Apply for a Carpool Parking Permit
A “carpool” is defined as any instance in which two or more persons regularly drive together to and from downtown Vancouver at least four days per week. Preference may be granted to carpools with three or more participants.
A carpool parking permit authorizes the carpool to park a single vehicle in a space signed for carpools, as shown on the Carpool Map. Between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. these spaces are reserved for carpool permit use only. After 9 a.m. these spaces are open to others.
- Call Customer Service at 360-487-8454 to learn if there are any permits available and to add your name to a wait list, if needed.
- If a permit is available, fill out and print the Carpool Parking Application and bring it to the Customer Service desk at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. Sixth St., during regular business hours.
- All members of the carpool must sign the application
- One member must be named the principle; their email will be used to renew the permit online.
- Each member of the carpool must review the Carpool On-Street Parking Permit Rules and Regulations.
- Permit holders must report any changes in carpool participation to the City’s Customer Service desk at Vancouver City Hall by calling 360-487-8454 or emailing csfinance@cityofvancouver.us.
Important Renewal Information
- If you fail to renew on time, you may lose your permit.
- All permits expire at midnight on the last day of the calendar month of the purchase period.
- Payment must be received before your permit expires.
- We are not able to issue invoices.
Set Up Automatic Payments
This option is only available for off-street parking permits (garages and surface lots).
If you would like to set up automatic payments for your parking permit from your bank account, please print and fill out the ACH Debit Authorization Form. The ACH form can not be accepted through email. Either mail it in or place it in the drop box behind City Hall with your permit application. Payments will be deducted from your bank account on the 25th of each month for the following month’s permit.
