Parking Kitty App
Customers parking in hourly, paid on-street parking spaces in Vancouver’s downtown and Uptown Village have the option of paying to park using the Parking Kitty app on all uptown and downtown metered parking spaces.
Parking Kitty, which is also used in Portland, Oregon, lets you pay, extend and manage your parking session with just a few taps.

How does Parking Kitty work?
- Download the free Parking Kitty app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Create and verify your account.
- Get the zone number off the the closest Parking Kitty sign or the Parking Kitty sticker on the closest parking pay station or parking meter. No sign or sticker? That means your block hasn’t been added to the app yet.
- Enter the zone number into the app and pay from your phone using a debit or credit card.
- Be on your way.
You can monitor your parking session remotely with the app, and Parking Kitty will even “meow” to notify you when your parking session is about to expire.
