Retired Army Colonel Larry J. Smith will be the Master of Ceremonies. Speakers at the event will include Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle, and Vancouver Fire Department Chief Brennan Blue. The recognition will feature a Final Alarm by the Vancouver Fire Department Honor Guard, a dove release, and wreath laying ceremony.   City Hall
