One feature of this district is a large public plaza located south of Vancouver City Hall. The community shared design ideas for the plaza in February. The project team has used that feedback to refine the plaza master plan. The community is now invited to review the proposed plaza master plan at a pop-up open house in Esther Short Park. A vibrant new Waterfront Gateway district is coming to Vancouver, along Esther St. between 6th St. and Phil Arnold Way.
