Changes coming to our online services

Changes are ahead that will improve Vancouver’s ePermit system. This spring customers will be redirected from our existing system to our new Online Permit Center.

Features coming to the new system

In the new, more user-friendly Online Permit Center, customers will be able to:

• Create their own profile to login with a username and password
• Pay plan review, application and permit fees using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or eCheck
• Apply for electrical, mechanical and plumbing (single trade) permits
• Save payment method to streamline future transactions
• Schedule inspections
• Access and easily navigate permit center services using a mobile device
