We need one to two business days to process your inspection request, but please give at least one week’s notice if you can.

Payment is required before we schedule your inspection. There is a two-hour minimum fee per inspector, per trip. Fees are listed in VMC 17.08.130.G.8.a (opens in a new tab).

If the inspection takes more than two hours or more than one trip, additional hourly charges will apply.

Confirm details with your inspector
Send you the total fees that you owe
Schedule the inspection after fees are paid
