The Human Resources team has the overall responsibility for managing the labor relations activities of the City. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements, develop and communicate City employment policies, and oversee employee relations and labor-management issues. Together with our employees and labor partners, we collaborate to achieve effective labor relations, and we value this partnership.
