Situated on the bank of the Columbia River, this 12.5-acre beach park has picnic tables, paved walkways and a restroom.

Parking fees are required at Wintler Community Park from May 1 – Sept. 30. The daily parking fee is $6 per vehicle. Fees help us manage traffic at this popular park and ensures safe access for emergency vehicles.

  • Vehicles must be parked in designated parking spots. Those parked illegally may be ticketed and/or towed.
  • We encourage visitors to consider walking, biking or rolling to the park using the paved trails to avoid parking fees.

How to Pay for Parking
You can pay the parking fee through the Parking Kitty app or mobile pay website. For information about parking with a placard or special license plate, please visit the Disabled Parking webpage.

Annual Parking Passes
We offer annual parking passes for frequent visitors. Annual passes can be purchased for $50 at Firstenburg or Marshall community centers and cover the daily parking fees at Marine and Wintler parks. An annual pass does not guarantee a parking spot if the lot is full.

Park Use Permits
Not allowed at this park.
